How the Program Works
1. Free Intro Call - Brief call to answer questions and determine if the program is a good fit.
2. Medical Intake Visit - Full medical history review, symptom evaluation, and laboratory planning.
3. Lab Review - Laboratory results are reviewed before medication start to support safe prescribing.
4. Medication Start - Treatment begins at an appropriate starting dose and is adjusted based on clinical response and laboratory results.
5. Follow Up Visits - Two follow up visits are included within the initial 12 week block to monitor progress and adjust treatment when needed.
Program Renewal
Patients who continue treatment enroll in another 12 week program cycle to maintain medication supply, laboratory monitoring, and clinical follow up.
