Medical Weight Management Program
Fulcrum Integrative
Structured, medically supervised weight management using GLP-1 therapy combined with lab screening, clinical oversight, and guided follow-up care.
This is not a medication only model. It is a guided medical program designed to support meaningful, sustainable progress through structured treatment and ongoing support.
Why a 12 Week Program
Medical weight management works best when started gradually, monitored closely, and adjusted based on response and tolerance. A 12 week structure allows for safe dose titration, side effect management, progress tracking, and consistent follow through.
Treatment is individualized and based on medical evaluation and lab review.
